I faced depression and constant inner turmoil. My health issues were related to depression and family matters. I felt lost. I thank God for bringing into my life my dear sister in Christ, who is part of this community and helped me through this difficult time. Through her, I learned about God's deep love for me, repented of my sins, and developed a profound relationship with God through meditation of His Word and prayer. Since then, my life has significantly changed. I no longer suffer from depression as before, and there is peace in my home. All glory goes to God for His restoration in my life and family.

Almost a year ago, the immigration of country I live in terminated my student visa status. At the time I was pursuing my BSN to become a nurse. I was taking my prerequisites at the time and was a couple of months away from starting the nursing program itself. I cannot even begin to explain everything that went down since I was made aware of the termination. It was almost a year long journey of me trying to get my student visa to be reinstated. Imagine fighting for something that you were not even responsible for losing in the first place. I did not have much of a joy but to fight for it anyway, especially if you want to get that degree. By the grace of God, through many prayers and many back and forth with the immigration, my visa was finally granted to me.
